Review Giveaway - March 2025 - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sentani, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway begins on Friday, 21st March 2025 at 00:01 and ends on Sunday, 20th April 2025 at 23:59 AEST (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter:
Participants can enter by submitting a review in Sentani Boutique's Google business profile via a dedicated sign up form (click here). The participant must have a verified purchase from Sentani Boutique made either online or in-store. Multiple entries are allowed.

4. Prize Details:
One (1) winner will receive a $100 Sentani.com.au gift card. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 21st April 2025. The winner will be notified via Email or SMS within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

6. Publicity & Rights:
By entering, participants agree to allow Sentani to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. General Conditions:
Sentani reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control affects the integrity of the giveaway.

8. Liability Release:
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sentani and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

9. Governing Law:
This giveaway is governed by the laws of Queensland. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Queensland.
