We offer free regular shipping on all domestic/Australian orders over $200 (excludes sale items) and express shipping at a flat rate of $35.  Your order is fully traceable within the Australia Post network, and we will send you a tracking number when we’ve dispatched your item. When you order before 2pm AEST, and the item is in stock – we will always endeavour to dispatch on the same day. Please note: we don’t complete orders on weekends or public holidays- these orders will be dispatched the following business day.
If you’re home, AusPost will collect a signature. However if you’re not home, they’ll only leave the parcel in a safe place if you have requested this during the delivery process. Sentani Boutique does not take any responsibility for any lost,  unattended or stolen packages.

When will my parcel be shipped?

We always aim to dispatch any in-stock items within 1-2 business days! If you’ve placed a back-order, please get in touch with our team at for more information.

How long will it take for my parcel to get to me?

As soon as we dispatch your item, we don’t have any control over the delivery timeframe. Due to COVID-19, many areas are still experiencing significant delays. To stay up to date with delivery times, head to Australia Post.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship Internationally via the Australia Post network! If you have another preferred freight service, please contact us to see if it could be an option.

Do you offer free returns?

As much as we wish we could offer free returns, at this stage we cannot. As per our returns policy, we may allow exchanges on in-stock, full priced items however it is your responsibility to cover the shipping back to us.

Can I order a dress online, and collect at your Brisbane store?

You’re more than welcome to purchase online and collect in-store if you’re based in south-east Queensland. Please contact our team at to see if this will be possible.
