Orders are sent Monday to Friday via Australia Post.
Provided Sentani has your dress in stock we will send your dress within 48 hours of you placing your order.
Pre order dresses will normally take 10-12 weeks to be delivered to your door as they are made to your specifications.
Rush orders can be made so your dress will arrive 6-8 weeks of your order being placed but may incur a fee. All ordered dresses must be confirmed by Sentani before being finalised.

Shipping in Australia.
All dresses will be packaged beautifully in tissue paper and boxed with a custom coat hanger.
All orders under $200 will be shipped via regular post for a fee of $20.
If your order is over $200 then Sentani Boutique will post your item via regular post for free.
We do offer an express post delivery for $35.
All orders once dispatched will take 1-5 working days to arrive at your door.
All orders will have a tracking number that can be tracked online.
Delivery hours are between the hours of 9am-5pm and we recommend you are available to sign for your parcel.
Once your order has been sent we are unable to redirect it.
If your delivery address changes please advise us at email@example.com or phone us on (07) 3216 1557 as soon as possible.
Sentani delivers to most countries. If in the rare case our courier service does not deliver to your country please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on +61 7 3216 1557 between 10am and 6pm Australian Eastern Standard times and we will find an alternate shipping service for you.
Sentani uses Australia Post for international shipping. Please allow 7-21 working days for registered post except for New Zealand which takes 2-7 working days.
Prices will depend on your location which will appear in your check out cart. These orders require a signature on delivery and come with a tracking number.
Express International Shipping
Orders can also be shipped express via our international courier services and can be tracked online. Delivery times on these orders take 2-7 working days once the order has been processed.
Express order costs vary from different countries. A quote will be supplied to you upon check out.
Customs & Import Tax
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first.
It’s always buyer’s responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant customs duties. We don’t add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us for the price showed on our website, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value or in certain category do not incur taxes.
The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.
Therefore unfortunately we cannot offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out relevant information before you order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, you shall pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can’t calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about import taxes in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell us what you need by putting instructions (regarding labelling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout.
