Bridal Appointment Guidelines
To maintain the integrity of our bridal gowns, we kindly ask that you arrive for your appointment free of makeup and tanning products (including self-tanners, bronzers, etc.).
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule to ensure all clients receive the best experience.
A confirmation email or message will be sent 12 hours before your appointment. Please confirm or notify us if any changes need to be made.
If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions that may affect your appointment, please inform us in advance. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone or email at least 12 hours before your appointment.
By booking a bridal appointment, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We look forward to being part of your special day!

Not all dresses featured on our website are available in-store.
Due to limited space, we kindly ask that you bring a maximum of three guests to your appointment and carpooling is preferred.
Most sale items are available online only and cannot be tried on in-store.
Appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes. If you require additional time, please call us in advance to check availability.

Due to limited parking, carpooling is a must.
Due to limited space, we kindly ask that you bring a maximum of three guests to your appointment and carpooling or we can accommodate more guests on a weekday.
If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions that may affect your appointment, please inform us in advance. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
Please provide the wear date, colours, and styles you are looking for so we can better assist you.
Some dresses available on our website may not be in-store due to space limitations.

Formal Appointment Guidelines
We’re excited to help you find the perfect outfit for your Year 12 formal! Please keep the following in mind for your appointment:
If you need more than 30 minutes, please call us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
We kindly request that all clients attend their appointment makeup and tan-free to protect the integrity and cleanliness of our garments.
If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions that may affect your appointment, please inform us in advance. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
We welcome photos and videos during your appointment. Feel free to document the experience—just remember to tag us if you post on social media!
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time slot to another client.
Parking is limited, so we insist carpooling where possible.
Let us know your formal date, as well as any colours or styles you have in mind.
