Do I have to make an appointment to visit?

We currently prefer to operate by appointment.

Booking an appointment with us ensures that you’ll have a changing room to use during your time with us. If you’re planning on coming in on the weekend, you’ll definitely need to book as we get quite busy and our shop can fill up pretty quickly. However if you’re coming by during the week (outside of school holidays) we may be able to accommodate walk-in customers. We would suggest that you contact our friendly team by phone at (07) 3171 2455 to check with us before you arrive.

We may also limit the allowed number of additional guests. Please contact us via email at customerservice@sentani.com.au or via phone at (07) 3171 2455 for more information.

Do I have to bring anything with me to my appointment?

How much or little you bring along is totally up to you! We love when customers bringing along any accessories or shoes that they love, as it really helps to complete your try-on looks!

We recommend visiting with no/minimal make-up or self-tanner to help protect our lovely floor gowns.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive right on time! Our appointments usually run back to back, so arriving too early may interrupt a prior booking. If you're looking to fill some time before your appointment, there are some lovely local cafes nearby!

By default, most appointments run for 30 minutes. We we ask that you please stick to this timeframe and to be mindful of other arriving customers.

Is every dress on the website available to try on in the shop?

While we do our best to have a variety of samples available for you to try on in our showroom, we’re not able to have every style in multiple size/colour combinations  on our shop floor. Colour and size availability on the day of your visit may vary as sometimes dresses are purchased straight from the shop floor.

Do you offer formal dress hire?

Unfortunately, no. However we do have a large range of evening, bridesmaids, wedding and cocktail dresses with prices starting at just $99, so check out our sale catalogue.

How long will it take my dress to arrive to me?

If your dress is in stock now, we will always dispatch it within 2 business days. Via Australia Post, standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days compared to express delivery which normally takes 3-5 business days.

Do you offer any payment plans?

Yes. We offer a lay-buy service in our Brisbane showroom. However, we do require a deposit before we order your dress, and the item is to be paid in full when being collected. If you are ordering online we offer AfterPay so that you can buy now, pay later!

Can I buy a dress straight from the shop floor?

Yes, you can! Purchasing one of our shop samples allows you to take your dream dress home the very same day. It’s also a great option if  your event is coming up quickly, and you don’t have the time available to pre-order a gown. Not all items can be purchased from the floor however, so please discuss this with your stylist for further information.

Can I order in-store and have my dress shipped to me?

Yes! We know that some of our customers travel to come and visit us, so we like to have this option available. Please disclose this shipping request to your stylist who can assist you further. Please note, this option may be an additional charge.

Do you have a customer car park?

We have 2 customer car parks directly in front of our boutique. If they are both in use, there is mixture of free and paid street parking along Lang Parade and in the nearby streets.

Can I order online and pick up in-store?

Yes! When you’re at the online checkout, please select click and collect delivery option. When the dress is ready for you to pick-up,  we’ll be in touch with you to book in a pick-up appointment.
