Welcome! We’re excited to help you find the perfect look for your special occasion. Please review the following terms before booking your appointment.
Appointments
Standard appointment times are:
- Bridal & Bridesmaids: 60 minutes
- Formal: 30 minutes
If you require additional time, please contact us in advance to check availability.
Arrival & Timing
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule.
Confirmations
A confirmation message will be sent 12 hours prior to your appointment. Please confirm or notify us of any changes.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Please contact us via phone or email.
Guests
Due to limited space, a maximum of 3 guests is permitted per appointment. Additional guests may be accommodated on weekdays by prior arrangement.
Health & Safety
Please inform us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions. Your safety and comfort are our priority.
